  1. I know VirtualDub can do this to avi or MPEG1 files, but it can't read MPEG2 file at all. I have already converted music videos from directly dvd to svcd files. Avi conversion was not needed. I am wondering if there's some program can simply add a logo to a mpeg2 video without doing MPEG2 -> AVI ->MPEG2.

  3. Check out My 3D Animator Pro, from MySoftware, Inc. You can create 3d animated logos from your own .gif files and add texturing and your own background, or you can pick from the list of backgrounds the program provides. You can make the logo rotate in a variety of ways, and then render your finished logo as an .avi file. It's a snap. The program is about fifty bucks at most computer stores. I got mine on sale for thirty at OfficeMax. Just remember to watch your width and length settings when you get ready to render your file, or it will look strange if not matched to the screen dimensions of the files you want to put it in front of. Good luck.
