I have a Buslink USB 2.0 card with 4 ports. I paid just around $40 off ebay, and have no problems with it. You have to install the drivers a couple times though. Like when I first hooked it up, it went through all the "New Hardware" stages and then it went through like two more times. No big deal. As far as under $30, good luck
By the way, what are you using for USB 2.0 capture card?"Sleep-

Pinnacle's PCTV Deluxe for $129.
I saw some under $30 cards but I don't trust them too much. But somebody might have good experience with some model. I bought firewire enclosure for less then $50 and it works great. Recomended enclosures go for $100 and more. So I am trying to save some money
Buslink sounds like it should be good brand.Pinnacle Studio 8 and DV home video editing (ver.9 already home) -
