Hi,
TSCV .72rel4 and VCDimager .7.10rel 4 work!!!!
I can make a bin/cue & burn a normal VCD with the following structure (which is great for short clips like videos or pictures):
Intro
MainMenu0
SubMenu1
Vid1
Vid2
etc
Submenu2
Vid21
Vid22
BUGS:
1. After Intro, next points to Vid1, not MainMenu0. I think in the Intro code it should check for the video to point to or have a grid to change the next, timeout etc pointers. Maybe if in Settings Tab an Intro is specified then put entry in Menu tab?!?
2. It takes many minutes to make a good VCD menu structure & settings. I can save the XML but there is no LOAD. We should have a File Save & File Open feature.
I see relese 5 is out and maybe that will help.
hvr has a great tool in VCDimager but the XML samples didn't quite have this structure (the cartoon ones comes close but way too much). Making all the next, back, timeout pointers is where the work is. TSCV is the only way to do this well for more than a handful of MPEG clips.

I replied to this post in my forum, but i will do it again here
The newest version is 0.72 rel 6.
There the intro (1) bug is fixed.
Im currently working on the load button, but its a little complex because TSCV is a XML and Menu Generator. I can read the XML Code, but it is not that easy to get it back to the program stuctures. Because of Intro, Extro, Still and Motion-Menues. But this will be solved soon
