I'm trying to burn Signs, it's just a tad too large to just rip the movie and burn it (like 13 megs). So I found a guide on ripping out the credits, did that, and now it's down to 4.23G total. I've already authored, and the movie plays just fine w/PowerDVD.
So, I go to burn, drag my VIDEO_TS and AUDIO_TS files into Recordnow Max, it says I have plenty of space left (like 117 megs left on the disc) and hit burn. It starts the process, and then pops out the disc with an error message of "Not enough space on disc" or something to that effect.
Anyone have a clue about why this is happening? There should be plenty of space on the disc. I've tried 2-3 discs, all saying the same thing. I've burnt many DVD's with the media I'm using, so that's not an issue. I'm really stuck here about why this is happening.....
Something else I should mention...to be sure of the size, I copied a .vob file from the set to another folder, and then deleted the vob from the VIDEO_TS folder. The size was under 4gb and still caused the same thing to happen when I tried to burn.
Thanks!

I'm having the exact same problems burning with RecordNow. I'm using 'DX version 4.6'.
Did you find a solution? If so, please let me know! I emailed tech. support, but no reply yet...

Yup, I found an answer......I used Nero instead.
Ok, not much of an answer, but it worked. Please let us know if you find an answer from tech support.
