I just converted Divx to Avi If I burn it to VCD will it be able to view on My dvd player. my Apex is compatible with all CD-r VCD's. But I was told Avi files can only be viewed on a PC>

btw, convert to MPEG before burn to VCD. -
Take a look to the left under 'Convert' you'll find info there on converting a DiVX file to a VCD. There are also guides at http://www.doom9.org and http://www.flexion.org/vcd
There's no reason to convert the DivX to an AVI first (well normally no good reason) The APEX will play just about anything you put in it so your ok at that end.
