I converted a Divx file to an mpeg 2. As I watched the file afterwards I realized that the movie was to big (NTSC 720x480) and I need to make it smaller. Is there anyway I can make it smaller without having to reconvert the Divx file all over again?

whayever program you used to convert has a resize somewhere in it. 720x480 is great resoltion, thats dvd.

I mean when I preview the file before I author it to DVD the screen is to wide. I converted the file with TMPGEnc so I where would I go to resize it?
