  1. I would like to edit some 8mm and VHS video which was captured to AVI-Huffyuv format to clean it up and remove noise before burning it to SVCD. However, I 'm having no luck using VirtualDub. When i apply the filters (deinterlace, temporal smoother) and save it back to AVI-Huffyuv format, the resultant video and audio begin to hang up and freeze. Is there another program which is as good as or better than VirtualDub when it comes to cleaning up, removing noise, etc for AVI files? My operating system is Windows XP. Capture software is iuVCR.
