How Do You Burn CVD???
As a SVCD or do I need a special program?

Nope, use whatever you use to burn SVCDs...
Although Nero might complain, just burn as non-standard. -
CVD is basically a SVCD but with a resolution of 352x480 and a higher bitrate...
Just burn it as a SVCD non compliant -
CVD follows same bitrate requirements as SVCD, not higher. If you go higher than SVCD, you've got an XSVCD, not CVD.
