I want to burn my VCD to 90min CDR. But WinOnCD didn't allow me to burn. It show me the CDR as an 702MB/80min. one.
How can I burn with WinOnCD?

You cannot if you want to use the whole 90 - only up to 80.
Nero can with overburn if you recorder supports this facility. -
OK, I did it with Nero and it runs very well. I can play it with my standalone DVD.
But is there no way to burn it with WinOnCD. They say you can overburn, but no how! -
You can get 99 minute CDR's at CompUsa. You have to make sure your burner can hadle them though.
