Which card would you recommend with a TV out function.
I want to relay my VCD/DVD's from PC's pioneer player to my TV/video set up.
Can the audio/video signal be manipulated so my video receives 'enhanced' audio ?
My TV/Video set up is UK (pal) and connection will be by the usual 3 wire audio/video.
Help and advice appreciated.![]()

I have not tried a single video card (VGA) that has good quality video output. The only card(s) is the stand-alone mpeg cards like the Hollywood Plus cards. They will output high quality standard compliant video, and not the "quasi" compliant video output you get from a VGA card.
