    Here what I want to do. I want to start making menus for my vcds. I need stills. What I want to do is take a still from the movies and use these for my menus. Anyone that can tell me how I can remove stills from scenes movie to use in my menus. Help me please.

    Load into Vdub (*.AVI *.MPG ) (Mpeg 1 or AVI)
    Select video > copy source frame to clipboard
    Now load in your picture editing program and select paste.
