sorry my english...
I use the normal 480x576 for SVCDs...
Now, and after i read about other format, CVD, that use 352x576, i'd like to try it...
how can i calculate the bitrate, like we see in TMPGEnc, form the wizard?
because i think, that the bitrate in CVD can be more than in SVCD...

The bitrate will always be same whatever resolution you choose, so you can calculate the same way as for SVCD. If you lower the resolution you get more "bits per pixel" and it should then be a bit better but you then lose some sharpness.
