Im sure this is an easy one for someone but I’m unsure how to approach it. Im trying to back up my copy of Behind Enemy Lines (NTSC). IFOedit shows it as having 1 PGC so I have chosen the Doom9 DVD-9 to DVD-5 "Full Copy" method not the Scenarist method. The movie is in VTS_04_X.VOB and in front of the movie is a few minutes of menu video and the chapter stills with it’s own audio track. The audio track is longer than the menu/chapters sequence because the audio plays while the chapters screens are frozen. My problem is how to set it up in maestro in order to author it. If I bring in my new video stream it has the menu and chapters at the front (1.38 min approx). When I add the movie audio it has to be off set by 1.38min to be in sync. Then I add the menu/chapters audio which doesn’t have to be offset but looks funny as it appears to over laps into the movie. Any chapter or subtitle import will be out of sync by 1.38 mins. Or do I cut the video so I bring in the menu/chapters as movie1 with it’s audio track and bring in the main film as movie2 with it’s audio track. If so is it possible cut the video in maestro or should I uses tools in TMPGenc?
