Ok finally got my Premiere MPEG encoder to work. I just converted an AVI to a MPEG using the SVCD setting in the built in converter. I went to EasyCD creator and hit "create SVCD" and go this message "The file will not work in an VCD player. To make compliant, you will need to use an MPEG encoder that supports VCD encoding. So then I tried my Nero program, and it worked! Popped it in my DVD player and its very jumpy. Anyone had this, or know what I'm doing? Not sure if this helps but in Details on EZCD creator it says:
Frame size 480X480 and has a red X=not acceptable
Video Bitrate 2376 kbs X
Total Bitrate 32705 kbs X
System Clock Reference 2400 X
the rest say probably acceptable. Thanks for any tips
