    Does anyone know what is the best software for ripping DVD's.

    DVDxCOPY
    DVD2DVDR

    DVDxCopy makes exact backups of any DVD and in about 35 minutes at 2.4x.

    DVD2DVDR allows you to make exact backups of the movie only and you can re-encode with this prgram also. takes mush longer anywhere from 50 minutes to 4 hours.
