    Hi Folks.

    i want to create an svcd with two audio tracks. Maximum combined bitrate (audio and video) for SVCD is ~2748 kBit/s. What i couldn't find is whether or not both audio tracks count into the 2748 kBit/s. So if i use two audio tracks with 224kBit/s do i have to subtract 448 from the Maximum bitrate to get Video bitrate or just 224 kBit/s?
