Sound problem

Hello

I use Virtual Dub to frameserve to TMPGEnc so that i can add subtitles. Wene i use this on my computer the sounds is greate, but wene i use this on my moms computer he makes the file. But wene you look at it in ex. WMP or the DVD the sound dissapers after half of the movie or gets out of sync. But on my computer the movie comess out perfekt. Can anyone help me out? My mothers computer is faster so i want to use it to make the movies.
