I'm from the UK and I am interested in buying the external combo DVD burner.
The probelem is that it costs around £350+ ($550) in the UK, whereas in the US it goes around for $350.
Can I use the US version here in the UK without any problems?

Yes, they can be used in the UK.
£350.00 ! You can get it cheaper, look around the net more, I have seen them as low as £249.00 + shipping, but some places my not have them in stock, as it's in big demand at the moment.
