    Hi guys,

    Yesterday I was erasing a DVD-RW, and Nero give me an error.
    I tried again, an Nero returned: "No medium inserted ou drive not ready, please try again".
    Now, it doesn't recognizes any type of DVD(pressed, -R or -RW), and I have tested 18 disks! It only read CDs!

    Wow! I've burned HUNDREDS of DVD-R's, DVD-RW's, CDR's and CDRW's. I would contact Tech support. It sounds like you may have a defective drive.

    This was my first idea. But I live in Brazil and the drive was bought in New Jersey(EUA).
    The problem is: I have some works to finish until Feb. 3.
    A friend told that may be a cannon calibration problem. But I donīt know how to test it.
