When trying to watch DVD from my stand alone player on my PC I get lines of colors across the screen. Please visit the adresses bellow to see examples. This only happens in DVD playback not VCD, VHS or TV. I am using a Samsung DVD-V2000 and an ATI TV Wonder VE. Can anyone tell me how to get rid of them?

I don't own an ATI card, but these links might be useful to you:

Thanks but the first link is dead and the second is for ATI cards with TV Out. ATI TV Wonder is only TV In.
