audio problem when merging

For some reason when i try and merge two vcd's thru (Tmpeg 2.59 plus) in mpeg tools cut and merge everything goes find. but when i check to make sure it merged, the video is find and so is the audio to certain point of the 2nd cd then there is no audio. Has anyone had this problem and knows how to fix it. any help will be appreciated

Actually im trying to merge two vcd's to make a dvd but like i stated the audio drops out on the 2nd cd where are all the pros at i need some HELP!!!!
