After compressing a DVD-movie of let's say 6,0GB to about 4.3GB with ReMpeg2,it often occurs that the image becomes fragmentary and shaky.
Is there something I might have overlooked in the process,or is it just a consequence of working with a lower bit-rate?
Can anyone solve this mystery???![]()

thats a problem with rempeg2.
if you have to re-encode as much as you did you will always get that no matter what you do to the settings.
what you need if you can get hold of it is cce.
