  1. I have tried Smart ripper and dvd decrypter and neither work
    Smart ripper says
"no keys found to this encrypted file! "

  2. Did you play the disc first in Power DVD or some other software player before decrypting?

  3. Let the movie play for about 5 minutes. After that I was able to use dvd decrypter.

  4. The movie "signs" sucks big time in more ways than one....

First, its 2:20 long, that means if ur ripping it,sorry,
"backing it up" u'll have to re-encode it down to 3500kps
or less, drop the credits and the last 20minutes and ur
    problems will be solved...

Then there is always rempeg, but results may vary...

Second, m. night whatever his name is, will force his
"hindu" religion beliefs upon you, aliens with the damn
crop circles, u must be kidding...

Lots of extras on the disc also, have fun...(:

  6. All I'm saying its not worth the effort....(:

    wish more were like that...

  7. Well there you go... Musher70 doesn't know what he's talkin' about. Signs is not 2:20 long it's 1:46 long and with good technique will fit without resizing. In fact should fit no problem just the movie with credits and the last 20 min. . If you want extras you'll have to resize. No special copy protection just play it first for a few minutes before ripping.

  8. thanks guys I just used some other ripper and it worked.
But ill try the powerDVD thing next time.
Also are you people ripping the whole disc like title page and chaptersections and features and stuff.
I want the title page and chapter pages but I forgot which file they were on the disc.
Well also I am ripping at 3805kbs and that is the WHOLE movie. What is a DVD supposed to be for a bitrate?
    THanks
