AC3 Problems!

I got Iron Maiden Rock in Rio Show.. 2 Avi files with AC3 5.1 channels and when i try to convert the audio to simple wav or mp3 the sound volume is so low.... how could i fix that?? I had to convert the audio because TMPGEnc gave me some PCM initialization error..

Once you're in WAV any decent wav editor should allow you to boost the level.

But seems to me that i lost 3 channels making that kind of convert.. what you think?

i guess the first question is - why even convert it ?

but if you need to - use besweet which will downmix the 6 channels to 2 channel - then if need be , adjust volume (can't remember if besweet might be able to do that also - other wise just use a editor)
