  1. I think I may have originally posted this to the wrong fourm, sorry for the double post - hopefully someone here can help with this.

Just picked up the Pioneer DVR-105, not tried to burn a DVD as yet but having major problems trying to burn some bin/cue and img files. I keep getting a "failed to send cue sheet" or "cue sheet rejected" or similar depending on the program I try (Details below). I have a new P4 2.5/768 with 2x120GB drives running XP Pro SP1 so there is lots of clean disk space. ASPI 4.6 installed and working properly.

I'm using Nero 5.5.10, tried CDRWIN and Alcohol 120, fireburner, blindwrite...pretty well everthing else as well. I can burn some bin/cue files but not others. I came across a posting (that I can't find) where the guy was describing much the same problem and said it had something to do with extended cue files. Not sure what this means but I have attached one of the cue files that has been causing me grief.

I can burn these fine on my old 98se machine with either a Sony and Matushita 8x CD burner but the damn 105 is spittingthem back at me. At this point I don't know if it's XP, the burner or some other setting that I am missing.

Anyone else having this problem? Anyone have any idea what it could be?

TIA for any help you can offer.

    Rileyman

  2. I'm not too sure if this will fix your problem, but you can remove the subindices in the cue sheet by using the "Subindicies Remover" function in GNU VCDImager Tools GUI: http://www.michaeltam.com/vcdimager_tools_gui.html

    Best of luck.

    Regards.
