  1. I have problem. Is there any way to play mp3s recorded on DVD media on DVD player. I have Daewoo DVD-5700 and it can't see my mp3 files whey I put them burned on DVD-R. I know that this player supports DVD-R. Every time media is in tray a get "Disk Error". I use Nero 5.5.10 for burning. Please help me.

so far, no set top will play MP3 on DVD
Mp3 must be burned to CD-R or RW

  3. My Koss CDVP2161 can do that. It shows the folder and files in DVD+RW and playing fine.

  4. My Apex 1200 does support reading ISO mpeg files from a DVD-R, however I haven't tried a disc with mp3's on it.

I don't see any reason why it wouldn't do it though as long as it isn't authored as a DVD Video disc with mp3's in the Extra folder. I do have a disc like this and it is read as DVD-Video only and mp3's are only accessible from a PC.

  5. I have just burnt 4 gigs ( 921 tracks ) of mp3s ( some folders 2x deep) on my pioneer 105 using nero 5.5.9.17 udf/iso level 1. Using a white label (yellow top) RW and also a Datasafe 2x ( only burns at 1x on the pioneer). Both play fine on my Scan SC440 lsi player, full menu etc. However they will not play on my Toshiba 220. But thats a good result for a £100 dvd player !.
