    Its an AVI and MPG, i have 2 i wanna do, and i need to make the AVI's diamentions a multiple of 4 so i can change convert it to a MPG.

    I am still not sure what you want. Probably you mean resize and convert to mpeg. Who knows...Use VirtualDub and TMPG.

    as truman stated, load the avi/mpeg in VirtualDub and use it's "resize" filter, then frameserve it to TMPGEnc for final encoding to the new size.
