Searched around a bit for the answer, but didn't find one:
What I can't figure out is how to get virtual dub to see the tv channel I want to capture from....
I opened my ATI tv program, set the channel, closed it, but Vdub still plays the same channel as always... any ideas?

Maybe in the capture window of VDub you'll find "Video Source". There you can chosse "TV" and wiht "properties" you can select the channel.
Translated from german so your english version might be different. -
Yes, this is the way you select the channel you want. Although you have to do this every time you start vdub, there is no way that I can see to save the last channel entered.
