Sync Svcd video vbr with audio from a divx uncompressed wav

HI, i'm trying to sync a video svcd encoded in vbr with an audio from a divx in a wav uncompressed format, is there a way to sync all without having to reencode the video again? i've tried the time stretch used to sync vcd cbr but no luck , the audio is not off sync gradually , anyone has a clue how to fix this? thnx!

I'm not really sure what your problem is but why dont you mess with the audio to match the speed of the video

I'm from spain and i want to add the sound from a divx in my native language to the video in svcd vbr but using sound forge and comparing both wavs i can see that the sync is not posible, even if i cut the 1st part of both wavs to sync them the wavs do not go off sync progressively , they have 5 seconds in the middle ,2 at the end and so on, no time strecth solution posible.so no clue what to do now, i don't want to reencode the svcd cause i'll loose quality. any ideas?
