I DOWNLOAD TMPGENC VERSION 12J , IN YOUR DOC U HAVEFOR USING THE TOOL TMPGENC FOR NO 3 TO LOAD THE UNLOCK.CFM.
BUT THEN U HAVE AGAIN SING THE SAME TMPGENC THE DOC DO NOT HAVE UNLOCK. I HAVE TMPGENC 12J WHICH SHOULD I FOLLOW TO CONVERT AVI TO VCD

Load the unlock.mcf, if you want to change the template.

what do u mean by changing the template i just wanna make a vcd from an avi file what should i do. Im using an illegal version of nero to burn i got it from kazaa

dude! open the *.mcf in wordpad

Find: "ReadOnly = True"
Replace All: "ReadOnly = False"
Save

your fixed - do what you want to the template

and maybe thats not even what your asking with a topic like "BALDRICK READ PLEASE" who knows what you want ?????

If you only want to make a VCD, just load a Video-CD template (PAL, NTSC or film) and encode. Ignore the unlock.mcf.
Later you might want to play around with the settings, then load the template VIDEO-CD(...).mcf and after that UNLOCK.mcf to be able to change something.
