Yes and not, some DVD Player Units not accept CDRW. Go to

in this website and consult/verify witch DVD Player Units play CDRW and brands.

if its a burned game no UNLESS you have some sort of boot disk or Mod chip to surpass the protection media.

oh but wait cdrw? i guess so but i donno if even ps2's lazer can read cdrw's but i know cdr are readable.

man this question again....I will pray for when people actually SEARCH for stuff before asking...

NO on the VCD on a PS2 at all...w/o a mod chip...and even if you got that, you dont want to use a PS2 for extensive video watching as the unit was built for the slow speed of PS2 games & occasional DVD use...extensive DVD use has been known to shorten the life of a PS2 considerbly
