Hi. I'm using ReMPEG to re-encode a mv2 file to a smaller size. Mybitrate calculator says I need an average bit rate of 4000000 bit/sec but rempeg has a max of 3132000 bit/sec .
What's the deal here ? It is going to make a lower quality file then it's supposed to for my movie- is there any way to get it higher in reMPEG ?
