Is there any possible way of adding variable framerate to any of the programs(FFmpegX, Afropic, Mediapipe)?
If someone could do that, our synching issues would be abolished.

Why don't you just use ffmpegX and choose the "QT decode" option? I've made (X)VCDs, (X)SVCDs, and CVDs with this method - all perfectly in sync.
