By using "header trick", what is the best solution/bit rate for VCD to have the highest quality?
I've tried the standard MPEG-2 for SVCD format. It works well, but I just think it could be better if I could put more resolution for some shorter clips. I also tried the standard MPEG-2 for DVD format. But it seems that my DVD player could not receive the data fast enough to run the disc.
Thanks in advance.
