    I have a widescreen mpg here, and when I code it to full screen (keep aspect ratio) 16:9, it's still not wide enough...how do I make it wider?

    Also, how do I find out the specifications of any given movie?

    What a source is it? Is it a 16:9 with or without borders?

    turns out I had just set ONE of the settings, not both; you have to define 16:9, etc for both normal and advanced options
