Widescreen to Fullscreen

Hi could somebody please tell me if there is a way of converting widescreen vcd's, svcd's, to full screen , vcd, svcd or dvd, i can convert vcd's and svcd's with no problem at all, but would like to try and convert them to fullscreen aswell.

hey i know how you can do this i do this all the time i am doing it right now with the widescreen version of xXx. you will need tmpeg. thats it. ok now lets say you want a vcd in full screen ok you put vcd ntsc right ok. then where it says video file browse insert the movie. then put next and then there will be a screen that will say clip frame. where it says there check mark it then it will automatically show you the movie with the black bars on top and bottorm ok so now what you do is theres a thing in the middle of the screen that say top ok higher that and notice that the black bar keeps getting smaller. do the same for the bottom but dont hide the black bars all the way cause when you burn a vcd or svcd and play the movie it will crop out the movie a little bit so leave a little bit of the black on top and on the bottom and when you view it on your tv you will only see the movie and no black bars if you did it correct.
