Most of the dvd movies I want to convert with TMPGEnc Plus will show little intervals in the motion, they have hick ups and it is not running smoothly. I discovered that it depends a little of the framerate and because TMPGEnc takes 15 frames at once to decode. Somehow it will put a little pause between 15 frames and when you see the decoded movie the little intervals will be seen when there is some motion in the movie.
Does anyone know a solution to this problem ? I have put all other settings in TMPGEnc Plus to the highest quality but nothing works.
Please help !
