    I was wondering if I can send vidio from the HS2 HDD through firewire to the PC HDD. or better yet does the HS2 offer a passthrough like a camcorder does?

    I may be mistaken, but I believe the HS2 only has a Firewire Input.

    tyzak,

    The firewire port on the HS2 cannot be connected to a PC for data transfer of any type. It will only work with a DV camcorder connected for input.
