    I tried to resize a mpeg file so I read some guides and it sais to use dvd2avi cause they can handle mpeg files and after that framserve and encode it again at this point I was and still am a lil confused because I dont want to convert mpeg to mpeg. Is there another way to resize a mpeg file and when I encode the file how is the quality of my new mpeg file ?? the same ?? and how should I encode 1,2,3 pass to get the same quality??

    Mpeg ? Mpeg 1? 2? 4?

    Use TMPGEnc > Mpeg tools > Merge&Cut > "MPEG 1 Video CD" ?? > add > edit

    SVCD(Mpeg2) I mean resize the resolution.
