    Can someone help me with Functions, How do I change my recording speed
    from SP to XP ? VHS to DVD This manual is awful

    Taken from page 18 of the online manual ( My unit is due in tomorrow so I am only guessing as whether the paper manual's pages match the PDF version )

    Press "Rec Mode" on the remote to select the recording speed...
