    Is it possible to convert a PAL .mpg to a NTSC VCD? I live in America and dont know if my DVD player can play PAL or not. My source file is in PAL format I guess, Vdub said it has 25 frames per sec and the resolutoin fit that of a PAL format. Any advice on what to do?

    You will never know if it wont play them "Until you try"
    whats the cost of 1 disk to try a PAL VCD ?
