Creating a DVD-End Title

Hello,

i have a copied DVD with i had splitted in 2 DVD's (so i have several VOB-Files).

Now i want to make a message at the end of the first DVD wich says something like "Please insert the second DVD" or something like that.

Is there an easy way to do that ?
