Hi,
I have only one PCI slot left in my computer. So I want to buy a card which supports TV Tuner,VideoCapturing and also dvdplayback.
But I don't want to get AIW because it does software encoding.
Can anyone suggest me a good video/tuner card.

For those specifications, I would recommand a Matrox Marvel card, cause you will have the best capture, and TV Tuner, and you can output to two monitors at the same time (or Monitor and TV) and it will also has good DVD Playback and everything is in Hardware.

HOWEVER!
With all the pluses you got minuses too, the card is old now (2 years atleast) and it's not good for 3D Games (about TNT2 performance), and Windows2000/XP support is minimal if it exists at all, although some users of these cards can make it work under 2000/XP.
