Hi,
was wondering if anyone has had any luck encoding from a divx or .mov to a vcd using the fast mpeg 1 encode setting for NTSC.
I have converted a dvd to a vcd using it and it worked ok, but it was PAL and i know that its NTSC that gives problems usually.
