i want to change a .mov to something else.

i want to be able to change the file type from .mov to something else so i can take print screens an make animations from them please answer , what do i do ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ?

It's called RAD VIDEO TOOLS... but go the the FAQ section here and it'll explain it all.

I am trying to install that RAD tools thing but i get this msg.

Could not initialize installation. (CRC). This function is only valid in Win32 mode.


also , how come when i try to open quicktime or a file in it it never opens ?

It installed fine for me (win98se, 320mb ram, p2 400mhz) so I can't help you there. To convert a mov file, just select it on the main screen and then press convert button, and follow the prompts.

TMPGE with the .mov patch installed will convert it over to whatever kind of MPEG you want, I did the Moulin Rouge Music Video .mov from the net over to a MPEG2 SVCD burned it on CD-R looks great on my 36in.
TMPGE is free so is the patch, find it, check the left side of this forum web site here.
