I'm really new to video capturing. I wanted to play my playstation 2 games on my computer monitor so I was told to get a video capture card. I also want to watch TV on my computer too. What card can I get that does both but not too expensive? Thanks for the help.

I suppose I could throw my 2 cents in,
I bought the Leadtek Winfast 2000 XP deluxe, which has a TV tuner and FM radio Tuner w/ Composite in, Cable in, and S-video in. It gives a very good TV picture w/ cable and antenna broadcast, and the FM radio comes in crystal clear by me. The main reason I got the card though is all the capture formats the software that it comes with supports, which is just about everything(DivX,Xvid,MPEG1/2,Huffyuv,and more) The capture software for me works great, and virtualdub can be used with it too if you prefer, but I never really do cause the software for the Leadtek is so flexible. It installed under Windows XP Pro without any problems and took about 10 minutes. I paid around $50 or $60 for it and overall I have had a good experience with it, not one complaint. The only thing I wished it did was go beyond the 125 cable channels it can receive, as my cable provider has certain Discovery channels above 125 that I cannot get in with this card, but it is not a big deal, just means I have to watch those channels on my TV
