Hi,
I got a digital camcorder, panasonic PV-701 miniDV tape, and a computer with 2.4 Ghz, 512 MB DDR ram, 80 GB HD, motherboard SIS 651,962 with integrate video (256 bit, support 3D and 2D, up to 64 MB shared memory). DVD writer is Sony DRU-120A +RW+R. Use memorex DVD +RW.
The original video clip looked good when camcorder connect directly TV and play to TV.
I connected my camcorder to PC by firewire card IEEE 1394, captured using Ulead Video Studio 5.0 Dv, burned DVD using Ulead DVD Movie Factory (convert from AVI to MPEG 2 high quality using Ulead DVD Movie Factory). But the DVD play back on my stand alone DVD looked not as good as playing directly from camcorder to TV, only 80% from the original clip.
So, please tell me what is the problem? Do I need an AGP video card, something like Radeon 9000 128 DDR or Nvidia GeForce 4 4200? I don't play game, so I don't need the video look good on monitor, I just need it look good on a burned DVD . I shut all unused programs when capture the clip. So the?
Thanks
