How to convert ASF (audio) to mp3 or wav

Hi, I have seen that someone has posted this topic some months ago and I have also check you the left panel about "How to Convert ..." But all says about the asf-video to convert. The VirtualDub does not recognize the file and doesn't open it coz there's no video-part in it.

Does anyone know how I can convert it to the other format(s)?

Check out ASF Tools, or Power WMA/MP3 Converter. ASF audio is the exact same as WMA or WMV, so just change the file extension if you choose to go with the latter. I am not sure if Power WMA/MP3 Converter can handle ASF/WMV video files and extract the audio. ASF Tools can do that quite easily though and extract it to a .wav file.
