Hey I am looking for an avi cutter that cuts by the time instead of by the file size like AVIChop does. Anyone know a good one?

You can use VirtualDub as a good cutter.
Set video and audio to direct stream only.
Set the mark in and mark out points.
Save your AVI.
Regards.

Are there any cutters, that can divide .avi file into i.e. 5 different parts, without entering a file size or a time?
