Nero SVCD Problem

Please help i have nero 5.5.9.14 installed with the mpeg2 svcd plugin however when i try to create a svcd nero tells me

" due to patent licience restictions, the mpeg2 encoding/converting is not available .............. to add the possibility please purchase the mpeg2 codec"

This is installed has if i use nero express it tells me that the mpeg2 svcd has been detected.

I used to get that message all the time too. I'm trying to remember why it was. Is the file that you are adding a .mpg file or an .avi (has to be .mpg)
Does it have the correct SVCD Specifications like 480x480.
Maybe try unticking the Create Standard Compliant CD box.

I'm not used to this stuff myself, but seeing you never got any replies right yet I thought i might try to be of some help
